“Would just like to thank Iain and his IMF team on a fantastic silicon rendering job they’ve just completed on our bungalow. From quote to completion a first class service, scaffolding arrived on time , followed by Iain and his team transforming the outside of our bungalow!!! Very hardworking, polite lads and on-site advice given to us re the colour schemes and we really valued this. We would highly recommend IMF for any rendering, just a perfect job !!”
“Iain was very professional from the first contact until he finished the job. He was prompt and communicated very well, explaining what he was going to do and issues that arose. He organised everything for us scaffolding, skip and a brickie when we had a surprise under the old render.
The job he did on the render was first class and looks amazing. I wouldn’t have any issues recommending IMF to others and our neighbour has already asked for his contact details.”
“We've had Ian and the lads over rendering our garage and the front of our house which was previously tiled. Due to how the front of the house was built there was a bit of a surprise to say the least but Ian got it all sorted with out any issues. Both jobs look absolutely amazing. A great company to deal with and an excellent end product, we couldn't be happier. We've already got it planned for them to come back to render our porch once we're ready. Thanks again”
“STUNNING - that is what my house looks like now - Iain and IMF Rendering have truly lifted the look of my house to another level - hardworking, courteous and diligent - can’t fault their workmanship and advice whilst completing the work - their attention to detail was implicit and all of Iain’s workers have been nothing but polite and professional during the whole process - even when forced with delays due to bad weather they kept me informed - all finished to a really high standard.
When it came to the end of the job they spent hours cleaning up and left the property clean and tidy.
I can’t recommend Iain and IMF Rendering enough”

“Iain and the team have just finished rendering my house, to say I'm happy is an understatement!!!
Right from our booking the weather has been totally against us all, but we persevered, Iain and his trusted team worked their hearts out, early mornings, late nights they never stopped. Totally professional from start to finish, workmanship 100% and a joy to have all three on site.
Thank you guys wish you all the success in the world you deserve it”
“IMF Rendering have just finished my bungalow and I couldn't be happier. So professional. They were on time, clean and hardworking, even came to work on a Sunday. They have transformed my tired looking bungalow into a modern one. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Ian 👍”
“After seeing previous works completed by IMF Rendering we knew that they were the contractors for us to render our garden wall. Their quotation was competitive and we are very happy with the outcome. Great value for money especially for the quality of service. Iain was very professional and reliable, being able to undertake the works around our busy schedules. We cannot thank IMF Rendering enough and will certainly recommend and be employing again soon to undertake further works. 5* rating from us.!!”
